Space Reservation Software Transition

Important, please read: The EMS reservation system will be unavailable during the transition to Momentus Technologies (Momentus). No online reservation requests will be accepted from Tuesday, April 16 - Monday, April 22. Momentus will go live on Tuesday, April 23.

This URL (reservations.utexas.edu) will continue to act as a landing page for all booking portals. Please continue to visit this website for updates on the transition.



FAQs

How long will the online reservation system be down?

The EMS reservation portal will be taken down at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 and Momentus online space booking portals will go live on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. If you need to submit a space request or reserve a space during this downtime, contact your college, school or unit's EMS (space reservation) administrator.


Will I still have access to reserve and request space at my college, school or unit?

Yes, once the new system is live on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, access to submit space reservations and requests will remain the same. If you have any questions about your access, contact the administrator at your college, school or unit.


What spaces can be booked through the reservation portal?

The Cockrell School of Engineering, College of Natural Sciences, Commons Conference Center, LBJ School of Public Affairs, Marine Science Institute, McCombs School of Business, and University Housing and Dining will have spaces available through the reservation portals. Parking and Transportation will deploy a new event parking request form.

Please contact the EMS (space reservation) administrator at your college, school or unit with questions about the transition to the new system.
