Momentus is a space management and scheduling solution that allows users to reserve or request spaces at numerous colleges, schools, units, and venues across UT Austin and Marine Science Institute through an online space booking portal. The software's flexible and customizable configuration can meet the varied needs of UT Austin colleges, schools, and units, allowing for managing any space or inventory, from conference rooms and classrooms to parking garages, study spaces, and dorm beds.
What spaces can be booked through the reservation portal?
The Cockrell School of Engineering, College of Natural Sciences, Commons Conference Center, LBJ School of Public Affairs, Marine Science Institute, McCombs School of Business, and University Housing and Dining will have spaces available through the reservation portals. Parking and Transportation will deploy a new event parking request form.
Will I have the same access to reserve and request space at my college, school or unit in the new system?
Yes, access to submit space reservations and requests will remain the same. If you have any questions about your access, contact the administrator at your college, school or unit.
I am unable to log into the new system. Who should I contact?
